“Korinthos” Protected Geographical Indication

Red Dry Wine

Vineyard: The Cabernet Sauvignon is located at “Dastesa” with a north orientation and the Agiorgitiko vineyard on the opposite slide of the mountain at ”Agia Paraskeui” with a north – east orientation. Soil: calcareous clay for both vineyards.

Vinification: Traditional red wine vinification; separately for each variety.  After the alcoholic fermentation the blends are made. The wine is being aged for 16 months in French oak casks.

The colour is ruby with violet tinges. The nose has mature black and red fruits, notes of spices and black chocolate. The palate: a well balanced acidity, a fresh blackcurrant - blackberry fruit, full-bodied and long aftertaste.
