Organic White Dry Wine
Vineyard: Moschofilero, Roditis.
Moschofilero grape variety has a gray colored skin and produces a wine that is a Blanc de Gris. Roditis is a rosé colored grape. The result is a combination of the two most distinguished white varieties of Peloponnese.
Vineyard: It is a selection of grapes which is based on strict criteria and comes from organic vineyards of our region; of low yields.
Vinification: Traditional white wine vinification. Clarification is done by static sedimentation. The fermentation takes place at an increasing and controlled temperature of 17-22 οC. Each variety is vinified separately. The blending of the varieties takes place after the fermentation.
The colour is light yellow with green tinges. The nose is distinctive and elegant; white flowers and rose. The palate: fresh summer fruit and citrus; freshness; structure.
