Organic White Dry Wine
Variety: Chardonnay 100%
Vineyard: Chardonnay, one of the most popular international white varieties was cultivated by the Domaine Gioulis in the mountains of southern Greece at an altitude of 1000m at the vineyard of “Panarity”. It gives an excellent white wine as a result.
Vinification: Traditional white wine vinification. The grapes are pressed at low temperature for a few hours and clarified by static sedimentation. The fermentation takes place at an increasing temperature of 17-22 οC in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
The colour is yellow-green. The nose gives fresh fruits, lemon, and white flowers. The palate: Citrus, grapefruit and summer fruits with the age, round aftertaste.
It is perfect with grilled fish and oysters, cheese or fruits.
